Why This Matters
A blown keg at 8 p.m. is a routine event or a small crisis depending entirely on whether the next keg is cold, positioned, and the changeover is a practiced motion. Warm backup kegs pour foam for an hour and drain profit into the drip tray. Gas handling in a confined cooler is also a genuine safety matter, not a beverage detail.
