A decision record belongs to the leader who wrote it. Alveary does not show it to your property, your employer, or anyone else — there is no sharing and no export.
/ Running a property?
Company Vault
The whole property, one price. Adds the 98 standards a property is liable for, your mark on every document, and your own local addenda.
$99 per property, per month — Year-End Rate. Running a property means the 98 standards it is liable for rather than a person: cage and count, finance, night audit, and governance. Your own governed Vault on top of it — the Alveary base plus your standards, unlimited team seats, acknowledgment tracking, co-branded PDFs.
List price runs $149 a month for properties up to 99 rooms, through $299 and $499, to $799 at 500 rooms and over. The Year-End Rate holds $99 for a full twelve months from the day a property is added, for properties added before January 1, 2027. Unlimited team seats either way — the value is the property, not the headcount.
Comb Check comes with Company Vault, for the whole team: walk your operation against a set of standards one at a time and get back your gaps, worst first — the list you would never otherwise sit down and write. A check belongs to the property that ran it, so the gaps it found are there the next time someone picks the list up, and closing one is a change you can point to.
Decision Studio comes with the property: everyone assigned to it can keep a decision record, and each record belongs to the person who wrote it — not to the property.
Company Policy comes with Company Vault: the 531 policy areas Alveary has identified for an operation like yours, organized across 30 families, with potential conflicts flagged for your review. Your organization decides each area: adopt Alveary-authored operational policies, upload your own language, or record a deliberate decline — a decline is a decision on the record, not a blank. Acknowledgment is version-pinned — who acknowledged which version, exactly as presented — and adoption is an unweighted count of areas filled, never a score.
Align comes with Company Vault, and runs a campaign for its one property: an owner writes the initiative and its why, links it to the organization's own adopted policies and to Alveary standards at a pinned version, and addresses it by role, department and property. Members are presented the message, acknowledge the documents behind it, and answer short scenarios in their own words; the owner sees where the message was read differently — by role and property, never by person. A campaign is observable on five stages: Presented, Acknowledged, Responded, Aligned in scenario, Consistent across scenarios.
Workforce comes with Company Vault: which leadership roles each shift requires, who holds them tonight, confirmed by the holder on paid time, and handed over on the record — against the property's own requirements, never a default. It keeps the two counts nobody else does: the shifts where no one held a required role, and the minutes between a departure and a confirmed handover. Throughput is measured against the property's own standard, by shift and department — never by person. Workforce builds no roster and rates no one: it records who held a leadership role, not who works which shift, and no measure is ever read by name.
