Why This Matters
A credential is a physical key to areas holding cash, talent, and equipment, and an over-issued or unverified badge is how unauthorized people end up backstage. Every credential level should map to a documented need, not a favor. Tight credentialing is what allows a large event to run with hundreds of staff and vendors without losing control of who is where.
