Why This Matters
A floor plan is a life-safety document wearing a sales costume. Every added table, stage, or bar consumes egress capacity that the room's occupancy rating assumed was clear. Approving plans on paper before the first table rolls is vastly cheaper than a fire marshal closing a full room mid-event.
