SOP Version Control and Acknowledgment Reconciliation

Why This Matters
A version number means nothing if nobody can prove who actually read it. When an incident traces back to an SOP, the first question is whether the employee involved had acknowledged the current version — and a property that cannot answer that immediately has a much bigger problem than the incident itself.
