Why This Matters

An extension request is a real-time negotiation over inventory that is about to become the hotel's again, and the answer changes value by thousands of dollars per night. Reflexive yes gives away compression nights; reflexive no damages a relationship over rooms that would otherwise sit empty. The forecast decides, and the decision is written down.
