Select and certify departmental trainers deliberately so new employees learn standards from the property's best examples, not its most available bodies.
Why This Matters
Whoever trains the new hire becomes the standard. Assign training to whoever is on shift and the real SOP becomes that person's habits. Certified trainers are how written standards survive contact with the schedule.
