Allergy and Dietary Ticket Flagging for IRD Orders
Requires every allergy or dietary restriction disclosed on an in-room dining call to be flagged in the order system end-to-end, from order taking through kitchen preparation to final delivery.
Why This Matters
A verbal heads-up passed between a phone agent and a line cook has no memory and no trail—it survives as long as the busiest five minutes of the shift lets it. Written, system-level flagging is the only version of "we knew" that holds up when it matters most. This is the house standard because guest safety cannot depend on someone remembering to mention it.
