Establishes badge verification and package screening procedures at the employee entrance to control who and what enters and leaves the building.
Why This Matters
The employee entrance is the highest-traffic, least-supervised access point in the building, making it the most common route for internal theft and unauthorized access. Consistent screening protects every honest employee from suspicion by making the standard apply equally to everyone, including leadership. A gap here undermines every other loss-prevention control in the building.
