Why This Matters
No amount of cash is worth an employee's life, and every property's robbery training must make that priority instinctive under pressure. What happens in the first five minutes after the suspect leaves determines whether law enforcement gets a usable description and evidence chain. Panic is contagious; a calm, rehearsed response contains it.
