Deliver hand-paid winnings accurately and visibly, with two employees, an audible count, and money that never travels hand-to-hand.
Why This Matters
A hand pay is cash moving on an open floor, and visibility is its best protection. Counting aloud in camera view defends the guest, the attendant, and the recording. Most payout disputes are prevented in the thirty seconds of the count.
