Why This Matters
Heat is a dose, and guests self-prescribe badly — competitive sitters and first-timers alike overstay until dizziness makes the decision for them. An orientation takes ninety seconds; a syncope event in a locked steam room takes an ambulance. Thermal amenities are wellness only inside their limits.
